AI Launch Program

Overview

We are excited to announce our new AI Launch Program, designed to help last-mile delivery teams launch AI into production within 30 days.

The AI Launch Program helps selected companies embed Captur’s AI-powered image validation into their operations before peak season hits. This ensures faster proof of delivery, fewer disputes, and smoother customer handoffs — right when stakes are highest.

About us

Captur helps companies grow profitably without sacrificing user experience, by verifying user actions in real-time. Our proprietary technology uses AI on-device to validate images for use cases such as last mile delivery, resale, returns, and shared mobility.

Objectives

Primary objectives:

- Eliminate 30% of Delivery Not Received (DNR) claims
- Boost service quality with +96% PoD compliance
- Save $5M per year in revenue leakage

- Increase operational throughput (sub-second speed)
- Reduce image-not-captured error rates (offline mode)
- Win and expand contracts (happier customers!)

Who should apply?

Captur will select 4 companies to participate in the Summer'25 cohort of the AI Launch Program.*

We will not announce the cohort publically, as Captur will be your secret sauce going into peak.

In order to be eligible, companies must meet the following criteria:

Note

*If you do not participate in this cohort, you can still engage with Captur directly to integrate our SDK. However, integration pre-peak cannot be guaranteed.

**Includes tools for in-app experimentation (ex. Optimizely), customer messaging (ex. Braze), and product analytics (ex. Amplitude). Not required but recommended for success.

Timelines

Applications are open from Jun 23, 2025 to Jul 4, 2025.

Your team will be informed on Jul 10, 2025 if they have been selected into the S'25 cohort.*

You will then have exclusive access from Jul 21, 2025 to Aug 1, 2025 our mobile SDKs, launch resources, and on-device models to test the product.

AI Early Adopter Program

Cohort members will be part our AI Early Adopters program, typically only available at top tier Enterprise contract levels.

Early Adopters have exclusive access to early release roadmap features, new model capabilities, and direct links to our mobile and machine learning experts.

AI Product Certificate

Once your team has completed the Production Build, they will also receive an AI Product Certification which can be shared with any external partners or customers.*

The certification gives your customers confidence that your solution has been vetted by AI experts as best-in-class for performance and data security. Giving you a unique advantage to win deals and gain trust.

Note

*Only companies who complete the AI Launch Program will automatically receive a certification. Companies outside of the program will be required to undergo a technology and process audit with Captur’s team in order to receive the same certification.

What’s the catch?

Investing in an AI solution is a huge deal and can be daunting. Unknown outcomes, hard to predict timelines, and a high level of effort across teams.

We’ve designed this program so you know exactly what to expect from a time, resource, and cost perspective. With clear milestones every step of the way.

As delivering a seamless, scalable, peak-proof system requires investment from both of us.

Post-program, the pricing for Captur’s ongoing contracts consists of two components. Monthly committed usage based on the volume of events and on-demand usage pricing.*

Indicative pricing tiers for Pro (100k -1M events) and Enterprise (+1M events) Plans:

- Pro Plan: $5k monthly usage min, on-demand priced at $0.020 / event (tiered discounts)
- Enterprise Plan: $12.5k monthly usage min, on-demand priced at $0.009 / event

Annual platform fees for Pro and Enterprise:

- Pro Plan: $40k annually, includes one retraining per month
- Enterprise Plan: $120k annually, provides advanced model features and data segregation

*Typically requires an annual contract to be in place for companies to obtain access. Prices quoted above are all in USD and indicative, subject to tailored quotes based on committed and on-demand usage.
**If you decide not to continue after the 60 day period, the remaining annual platform fee will be waived.

‍Definition: An event is each individual user session triggered when the Captur camera is initialised in the mobile SDK. A complete session may include multiple attempts, where each attempt represents a user interaction within the same initialised camera instance. One completed delivery equals one event.
